I hope to: cut down mulberry tree, till and plant flower garden, level & spot plant grass in front, replace basement windows, till & plant veg garden, build under-porch enclosure, install railing on back porch, level ground by entrance, lay concrete walkway by entrance, build shed, repaint front porch, and repaint rain gutters & garage door.
Before
We have had issues with our curb appeal for a while and decided to dedicate this summer to give it the face lift it’s needed. Our plans were to: cut down mulberry tree, remove all old stump remains and plant flower garden, level & spot plant grass in front, replace basement windows, add veg garden planters, landscape & add sod in back, level ground by basement entrance, build shed, repaint front porch, and repaint rain gutters & garage door. That’s just for starters- thanks to this incentive, my kids and I braved the heat to get it done! Also, David Brown’s crew did our sod and OBrien installed new windows. We are proud neighbors now!
